The Lucknow community and beyond lost a key member on Monday with the passing on Monday of Wayne McDonagh at the age of 60.
In his obit it says McDonagh was known as a builder.
He was a builder in the community, of a tight-knight family, life-long friendships, and a successful business McDonagh Insurance Brokers he owned for 38 years.
They say he built with a kind, humble, generous heart which was seen through his years of volunteering & advising many organizations and committees include the local fire department, Lucknow Kinsmen, Lucknow Minor Sports, Spruce the Bruce, Music in the Fields as well as well as several insurance industry advisory boards.
Visitation will be at the Lucknow Community Centre on Friday, November 4th from 5 to 8pm and Saturday, November 5th from 1 to 2:30 pm.
A celebration of life will then be held at 3pm.
