Weapons & Drugs seized in execution of Search Warrant in Stratford

Operation resulted in seizure of break-action shotgun, pair of brass knuckles and various firearm parts believed to be 3D printed in the home.

 

The Stratford Police Service conducted a search warrant at a residence on St. David Street in Stratford yesterday shortly after 1pm.

Police had received information that there were illegal weapons inside the home.

The search warrant resulted in the seizure of a Baikal 18m .410 break-action shotgun, a pair of brass knuckles and various firearm parts believed to be 3D printed in the home.

A small amount of meth, crack cocaine and percocet pills were also seized.

Two individuals; a 30-year-old male resident of Stratford and a 17-year-old resident of Stratford were transported to Police headquarters where they were charged with a number of weapons and drug related offences.

The warrant and associated arrested were executed without incident.
