Huron County Economic Development announced yesterday a Huron County business in Dashwood was a successful applicant to the Starter Company Plus Program.
Les & Nel’s Kitchenette in Dashwood is receiving 5 thousand dollars in micro financing as a result.
They are a baking company that specializes in providing healthy baked snacking options for people with diet restrictions including sugar free, wheat free and reduced carbohydrates.
The business used the grant for start-up costs of their business including kitchen and office equipment.
