Those who were looking to enjoy everything the Stratford fall fair had to offer will need to wait another year as this years fair has been canceled.
Like many other canceled events over the last year and a half, it was a decision not made easy. Officials met with the city and public-health officials and eventually made the call to cancel the Stratford and District Agricultural Society fair.
While most the of the fair will not be seen, virtual contests and a drive-thru dinner are still planned.
The drive-thru chicken dinner is still on for September 16th from 5-7:30pm at the Stratford Rotary Complex with September 20th and 23rd including a free online home craft fair.
Chicken dinners are $25 per and can be purchased from the agricultural societies website or by calling 519-276-9659.
