Wellington County OPP are still looking for the driver who fled the scene on foot from a series crash last Friday.
Wellington County OPP believed they had a lead but did not result in an arrest. Emergency crews responded to a call on 2nd line south of Elora on April 30th just after 10am where a white SUV collided with a riding lawnmower.
The operator of the lawnmower was transported to hospital via air ambulance with serious injures.
