On September 26th a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic in Clifford on Elora Street North.
At around 4:45pm a vehicle was found traveling at a high speed.
Upon stopping the driver and from investigation a 24 year old from Walkerton was charged with Speeding, using Plates not Authorized for Vehicle and Failure to Apply for a Permit on Becoming an Owner as well as Operating without Insurance.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
