Both will discuss the countries close relationship as well as Bidens quick decision to drop the Keystone XL Pipeline. Prime Minister Trudeau said he was disappointed in Bidens decision to revoke the Keystone permit.
While unhappy with one choice, Trudeau stands by some of Bidens other choices including having the United States rejoin the Paris Climate Agreement.
