This afternoon just before 3pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a motor vehicle collision at Highway 9 at Bruce Road 3, west of Walkerton.
Officers responded with members of the Walkerton Fire Department and Bruce Paramedics.
One person has died as a result of the collision.
The road is expected to be closed for a number of hours while the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team attend and assist with the investigation.
