Russia is dishing out sanctions against 61 Canadians which includes provincial premiers, military personal, political staff and journalists.
Canada’s ambassador to the United Nations, Bob Rae as well as Doug Ford, Alberta Premier Jason Kenny and British Columbia’s John Hogan are all banned from Russia.
This follows a recent list of banned Canadians from entering the country which included Perth-Wellington MP John Nater, who commented saying it was a badge of honour to be banned in Russia.
