It’s last call for the business community to share their comments on rural business and provincial funding to the county.
Next week Warden Trentowsky and Deputy Warden Orr will attend the Rural Ontario Municipal Association Conference with meetings planned with various ministers on a wide range of municipal priorities.
Both are looking to hear from the business community on various topics including;
- Have you applied for provincial business funding in the past?
- If yes, were you successful? What type of funding was it, and how did it impact your business (e.g., expansion, increased production, job creation, staff upskilling, research)?
- Looking ahead, what types of funding would be most helpful for your business?
All responses will be confidential as well as the Business Retention & Expansion survey being encouraged to respond to.
