Perth County and investStratford are launching a new Workplace Attraction and Retention Employer Toolkit.
A survey for businesses has been launched with the overall goal of the kit to assist businesses with some of the biggest challenges seen locally such as retaining and recruiting.
Employee engagement, flexible job design, housing as well as diversity, equity and inclusion are also included in the toolkit’s main goals.
Businesses who complete the survey and participate in the initiative will be featured in the online Workplace Attraction and Retention Employer Toolkit.
