A fatal accident that took place last summer near Harriston has resulted in charges against a Howick resident.
A 24 year old was from Clifford was killed in a collison on August 19th on Harriston Road. After investigation, OPP determined the defendants truck crossed over the centre line toward the path of the deceased’s vehicle.
A 33 year old Howick resident has been charged with careless driving causing death, failure to wear a seatbelt and operation of a motor vehicle without insurance.
The accused will appear in court on January 5th in Goderich
