Perth County OPP continue to investigate a fatal crash on Thursday.
Police arrived to the scene on Highway 7 between Perth Road 118 and Perth Line 9 just after 4:30pm.
OPP was joined with Perth County Paramedics and the St Marys Fire Department with two passenger vehicles colliding.
One person was extricated from one of the vehicles and taken to a nearby hospital where they were pronounced deceased.
A second person was also taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The roadway was closed for the bulk of the evening but was reopened earlier this morning.
