North Perth council for the time being are going to hold meetings much less frequently until a new full time clerk can be hired.
CAO Kris Snell is currently the acting clerk.
North Perth council will for now only meet twice a month for regular meetings which was the reasoning for the cancellation of this past Monday’s council meeting.
CAO Snell says this move should only be a small delay and will depend on how fast they can move to get a clerk in place.
