The Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance has announced the outbreak at Stratford General Hospital has been declared over.
The outbreak which occurred on the inpatient surgery unit was first declared on January 7th when two cases of COVID-19 were reported.
No further cases were found from the outbreak and now the unit has reopened for admissions and transfers.
Family and caregiver presence has also returned to the unit.
