The community of Milverton is set to celebrate 100 years of their community fire department next Saturday.
The day’s events on September 24th include a Perth County Mutual Aid Water Games at 9 am which continue after the Anniversary Parade at noon.
Then there is a time to enjoy a meal together with the Anniversary Banquet starting at 5:30 with a social hour before enjoying a pork chop dinner at 6:30 pm.
Tickets are $25 for the banquet and are available for advance purchase only.
