Wellington County OPP is investigating a collision that has left a driver seriously injured that occurred on Wellington Road 16 and Line 2, near Damascus in Wellington North.
OPP, Wellington North Fire and Guelph Wellington Paramedics attended the scene at around 5:30 am this morning and found a serious collision involving two vehicles.
One driver was transported to a trauma centre with non-life threatening injuries and the other was treated at the scene.
The cause of the collision is under investigation. The roadway was closed for approximately 6 hours.
