A 31 year old is facing charges after being stopped who was seen using a handheld device.
On January 21st at around 9:30am, Perth County OPP spotted a driver using a handheld device on Kincaid Street West in Listowel and during the traffic stop, officers noticed signs of impairment and with open alcohol containers.
The 31 year old of Listowel has been charged with Operation While Impaired, Dangerous Operation, Driving with a Handheld Device and Driving with Liqour Readily Available.
The accused will appear in court next month.
