On October 12th just after 6pm Perth County OPP responded to a report of a theft of a bicycle from outside a local business on Wallace Avenue North in Downtown Listowel.
Police attended the business, observed the surveillance footage, identified the accused and a warrant for their arrest was sought.
A 23 year old male of North Perth was arrested on October 19th and charged with theft under $5,000 and failure to comply with an undertaking. The bicycle was recovered.
Police has anyone to report suspicious activity immediately.
