Wellington County OPP have charged a 29 year old with sexual assault while posing a rideshare driver earlier this winter.
Police say the incident occurred on January 29th at around 1:15am.
Victims were waiting for their ride share driver when the suspect arrived and identified himself as their driver.
The victims left with the driver and were sexually assaulted. At the time, police said there was only one victim but an update provided on May 19th says there was two victims.
The 29 year old of Guelph has been charged with two coutns of sexual assault and will appear in Guelph court on July 14th.
