As the province continues to deal with a critical workforce shortage, Perth County and InvestStratford are reminding local employers of tools available to them.
Both have partnered up with the creation of the Workforce Attraction & Retention Employer Toolkit, an online resource aimed to focus on helping Ontario businesses implement programming which facilitates the attraction and retention of much needed workers.
Dubbed the WARET, this tool can help businesses across the area recruit and retain employees and is available to be customized to fit your specific business needs.
