Prior to the start of West Perth’s council meeting, students from Upper Thames School were honoured for their performance at the Skills Ontario Competition.
Students in grades 4-6 for Upper Thames won gold at the skills comp under Character Animation.
Council gave their thanks for representing their school and municipality well showcasing their creative and intelligence.
