Wellington OPP are investigating a fatal accident that occurred Thursday morning.
Around 6:30 officers were called to the intersection of Trafalgar Road North, and Side road 10 in the town of Erin.
A boom lift collided with a passenger vehicle.
The driver of the passenger vehicle, a 59 year old man from Georgetown was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause remains under investigation.
