Huron Perth public health has a simple request.
Please don’t book a COVID-19 test just out of curiosity.
The testing centre in Listowel has seen numbers rise since the return to school.
They can accommodate up to 24 tests a day Monday to Friday between 2-7 pm, but have been doing as many as 30 a day recently.
The health unit is asking you to call and book an appointment but only if you have symptoms, or have been told by your doctor, or the health unit to get tested.
You can call to arrange a test at 519-292-2133 between 10-2 Monday to Friday.
