Residents of Wellington North should notice some work crews descending on Arthur Arena this summer.
The work is being done as part of a project just approved by Wellington North Council at a cost of just over 1 million dollars.
It will see the replacement of the ice making pipeline for the arena that was budgeted for in the 2021 capital budget.
H Bye Construction has been hired to do the work and is actually under budget for what they had allotted to have the work done.
The timeline for the project should see the work completed by August.
