Wellington, Grey and Dufferin Counties have launched a new framework for new residential builds to be more energy efficient.
The Green Development Program launched on October 13th with the launch held at the Baybounds Presentation Centre in Meaford, a net zero housing development currently under construction by Sinclair Homes.
The voluntary program gives builders and developers a consistent regional framework to accelerate adoption of sustainable building features.
