The province has dished out funding which will include Wellington County for northern, rural and small municipalities.
The Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund will give $500 million in 2024 given to 390 municipalities across the province to support specific community needs.
Minto will see the bulk of the funding given to Wellington County of $1,473,600 followed by Wellington North with $1,351,900.
Minister of Finance, Peter Bethlenfalvy says the fund is critical in building stronger and resilient communities across the province.
