At 2:45am Wednesday Wellington County OPP responded to a break and enter call taking place with two suspects, one armed with a handgun
OPP closed off Highway 7 from Skyway Drive to Jones Baseline in Guelph-Eramosa as police were on the scene conducting an investigation.
The road has since be reopened as Wellington County arrested one suspect with the 2nd fleeing. OPP later found the 2nd suspect and arrested him but the firearm has not been found.
