Wellington County OPP have laid charges in relation to a fatal accident that took place on September 24th involving a boom lift and a passenger vehicle in the town of Erin.
The driver of the passenger vehicle, a 59 year old from Georgetown was pronounced dead at the scene, the boom operator did not need any medical care.
A 50 year old from Brampton has been charged with Causing Death by Criminal Negligence and Dangerous Operation Causing Death. The accused will appear in Guelph court on November 24th
