Wellington County OPP are investigating a report from August 2020 of sexual assault and other sex-related offences that occurred in July in the Town of Erin.
On December 3rd a 41 male resident of the Town of Erin was charged with the following offences; sexual assault on a person under the age of 16, invitation to sexual touching on a person under 16 and sexual interference.
The accused is scheduled to appear in an Ontario courtroom at a later date in 2021 to answer to the charges.
