Perth County OPP have cleared up an incident previously reported as an attempted theft of cash from an ATM in North Perth.
On November 28th at approximately 12:30pm two people attended a gas station on Mitchell Road South to service an ATM at the business. After a series of miscommunications 2 people left the business.
The two people have been identified and it has been determined that nothing of a criminal nature occurred.
Police want to remind the public to continue to report any suspicious behaviour. Frauds and thefts do occur in our community and criminals take advantage of trusting individuals.
