Wellington County OPP has charged a motorist with racing near Arthur.
On November 3rd at approximately 10:30pm, OPP officers were monitoring traffic with radar at Wellington Road 109 east of Arthur.
The officer observed a white passenger vehicle traveling in excess of 140 kilometers in a 80 km zone.
The driver, a 37 year old resident of Orangeville has been charged with racing a motor vehicle.
The vehicle and the drivers license were seized for a period of seven days.
