The County of Wellington announced today Jennifer Adams is the successful candidate to fill the County Clerk vacancy.
She replaces outgoing clerk, Donna Bryce, who announced her retirement from the role last month after serving in the role for 12 years and 27 years in public service.
The County says Jen is returning to the County from the Region of Waterloo where she is currently Manager of Information Management and Privacy.
Before that role she had worked for the County for 12 years in various roles.
Scott Wilson, County CAO says they are pleased to welcome Jen back as their new County Clerk.
He adds that she brings extensive political experience and education into her new role.
Jen commences her new duties on Monday, December 5th.
Donna’s last day with the County is Friday, December 30th.
