Wellington County residents could be contacted by phone or by mail regarding the county’s first Corporate Satisfaction Survey.
The survey which will begin late April until early May is meant to to help identify opportunities and challenges for County Council to address and look at the needs and expectations of residents as part of the County’s 2023 Strategic Plan.
Ipsos will be conducting the survey with select residents being asked to share their experiences with County programs and services. The results of the survey will be made public this summer.
