Wellington County School Boards, both Wellington Catholic and Upper Grand alongside Ontario Special Olympics and Community Living of Guelph/Wellington will be the hosts for the Special Olympics Track and Field next week.
Wellington County will be hosting for its 19th year on May 17th at St James Catholic High School in Guelph.
Sixty schools with over 600 participants of all ages will be taking part in various track and field events.
Participants will compete in 50,100 and 200 metre races, softball throw, standing long jump and more.
Opening ceremonies begin at 10am with everyone welcome to attend.
