Wellington County approved its budget on Thursday which will see plenty of investment in road improvements as well as facilities.
Parts of the budget also include an investment in rural broadband, land ambulance service expansion and have better response times and enhanced direct care for residents at Wellington Terrace Long Term Care, as supported from the provincial government.
Plans are in place to have upgrades targeting Minto.
Facility upgrades are expected for the Arthur Public Works facility and other community upgrades in Harriston in the coming years.
