Wellington County Council announced at tonight’s meeting the winner of the 2020 Luella Logan Scholarship.
Isabella Cain from the Township of Puslinch received the $1500 grant that is given to a young woman pursuing post-secondary studies in political science, public administration or a related undergraduate or graduate degree at a Canadian College or University.
The winner is selected based on academic excellence, demonstrated leadership and interest in local government. Ms. Cain is currently studying political science at Laurier.
