Some Milverton residents were without water for a few hours on Tuesday.
A watermain broke yesterday on William Street between Macbeth Street and Tye Street.
The township in a statement says the repairs would last a few hours with a series of streets including Macbeth, Edward, William, Adelaide and George streets all being affected.
Residents who are still experiencing discoloured water in the affected area are asked to run a cold water tap for several minutes until the water returns to normal.
