Canadians looking to vote by mail in this years election have only until next Tuesday to apply.
An interest in mail in voting has seen an increase for this year due to the ongoing pandemic.
Elections Canada Regional Media Advisor Dugald Maudsley says each voting kit mailed out asks those to fill out a special ballot and mail it back to Elections Canada.
Maudsley says the result of mail in voting could also take time for the results but Elections Canada will provide details of the percentage of votes casted by mail for each district.
