A 53 year old man is facing charges after a vehicle was found in a ditch in Erin.
On October 14th, Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Third Line.
Upon arrival police found the driver who they believed was impaired.
As a result, the 53 year old of Toronto was charged with Operation While Impaired and Failure or Refusal to Comply with a Demand.
The accused will appear in court later this month.
