On April 9th Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a theft in Arthur.
It was reported between 1pm and 4pm on the 9th a utility vehicle was stolen from a parking lot on Eliza Street.
The keys were with the vehicle.
The utility vehicle was seen heading eastbound down a walking trail in the area.
