The Upper Grand District School Board is inviting students in Grades 9 to 12 and above to a special virtual event hosted by YouthTalk.
The subject of the Discussion is “Realistic Optimism”. The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 24th from 5 until 5:45pm.
YouthTalk members will lead an interactive session on Steps to Take to Stay Optimistic, the Significance of Viewing Life through a Positive Lens, and how Optimism can have a Positive Effect on Your Mental Health.
Those students that take part have a chance to win prizes and collect volunteer hours.
