Upper Grand Board hosting Resilient Kids in a Digital Age Webinar May 31st

The webinar, running from 6:30 until 8pm, will focus on the role that 21st century technology plays in the lives of children, youth and families, especially during a pandemic.

 

The Upper Grand District School Board is holding a webinar for parents & caregivers of students in the area entitled “Raising Resilient Kids in the Digital Age”.

The webinar will focus on the role that 21st century technology plays in the lives of children, youth and families, especially during a pandemic.

The event is hosted by Chris Vollum who will share ideas about promoting digital wellness.

Participants will also hear from a mental health expert, a parent and a youth about their expeirences with social media, gaming and they will share pratical suggestions for being resilient in a digital age.
