The Town of St Marys will be raising the Pride Flag throughout the month of the June.
St Marys will be holding a flag raising ceremony on Wednesday June 1st.
The flag will be flown at municipal facilities for the month with the ceremony taking place at 9;15am at Town Hall.
Mayor Al Strathdee will speak as well as representatives from Stratford-Perth Pride to speak on the significance of Pride Month.
Grade 7 students from St Marys DCVI will also be in attendance, who developed a series of posters to augment the Pride banner program in downtown St Marys.
