The official launch of the Foundations in Agriculture Management kicked off this past Monday with the University of Guelph.
When announced earlier, a link to the website, GuelphAgricultureManagement.com the website only shared the launch date of January 17th but now has shared everything you need to know about the certificate course.
The course offers exploration of agricultural businesses strategy, planning, farm management, succession planning and the fundamentals of financing.
The course is offered for free taking only a few hours for the online course.
The program offers a wide range of knowledge to build a stronger agriculture based business with 8 modules online taught from various University of Guelph professors like Alfons Weersink highlighting Family Farm Transition planning alongside former Dean, Julia Christensen Hughes.
Registration is now open and can be done online from the website.
