United Way Perth Huron Announces 2023-24 Campaign Goal

A goal of $2,508,598 has been announced by United Way Perth-Huron for their annual campaign to support the most vulnerable across the region.

The campaign kickoff held at the parking lot of Ward & Uptigrove on Friday is continuing to build on United Ways message on supporting the unignoreable issues across the area including mental health and homelessness.

Lee Anne Andriessen, Chair of the North Perth Community Committee for the United Way Perth-Huron says they are putting their focus to tackle a variety of issues seen within the community for the campaign.

“We have some pretty big unignoreable issues like homelessness and mental health that really need to be addressed. The United Way can help support through counselling and funding.” Andriessen.

The 2023 campaign goal was reached for United Way in March, announced during their spirit of community celebration event on March 30th.
