United Housing Community Bonds are nearly sold out.
The bonds act as a social investment to allow individuals and organizations to support local projects while securing a stable, fixed return.
The initial offers of these community bonds for the Music Hall Apartments project in Listowel has had a great response said United Way Perth Huron Executive Director Ryan Erb adds the enthusiasm shows people are really looking to invest in local solutions to the housing crisis.
The campaign currently has 80 per cent of the bonds now being sold.
