Two people have been injured after an aircraft needed to make an emergency landing in Fergus.
On May 26th at around 5:15pm, OPP responded to the scene with paramedics and firefighters to a plane crash into a field on Beatty Line between Sideroad 10 and Sideroad 5 outside of Fergus.
It was reported the aircraft experienced an engine malfunction and needed to make the emergency landing.
Two occupants in the plane suffered minor, non life threatening injuries and were taken to hospital for assessment.
Transport Canada has been notified of the crash.
