Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he doesn’t plan on giving in on pressure to reopen the Canada-US border for non-essential travel anytime soon.
While speaking during a virtual meeting, the Prime Minister said he was going to remain very cautious and observant as opening the border too soon will just make the pandemic much worse.
The border is closed until December 21st but Ottawa has made it almost obvious the closure will extend well into next year.
