A 37 year old is facing a handful of charges following a complaint in Arkell.
On July 18th at 11:45pm, Wellington County OPP responded to someone trespassing at a home in the Puslinch area.
The 37 year old of Guelph was arrested by police and charged with Trespassing at Night, Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm and two counts of Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
